Protecting your private information is ClearSkies Geomatics’ priority. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to https://www.aerialsurvey.com (the “Site”) and governs data collection and usage.  Please read our Policy carefully before you submit your information to ClearSkies Geomatics, Inc or the Site. Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

By visiting and/or using our Site , you accept our Privacy Policy. ClearSkies Geomatics, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to and update this Policy at our discretion.  When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on the Site along with the updated Policy.  We encourage you to regularly refer to the Site, so that you remain aware of and understand our current policy.  We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, ClearSkies Geomatics Geomatics may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • Mailing Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Employer
  • Job Title

Also, if you purchase a subscription to the Site or purchase products and services using the Site, ClearSkies Geomatics will collect billing and credit card information used solely to complete the transaction.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through ClearSkies Geomatics’ public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. ClearSkies Geomatics, Inc. may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Site, in order to determine what ClearSkies Geomatics’ services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Site to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by ClearSkies Geomatics, Inc. Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable written request from you, we will:

  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
  • Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
  • Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

Minors' Privacy

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create a ClearSkies Geomatics account or otherwise use the Site. Additionally, if you are in the EEA, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Service, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian. The Service and its content are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. ClearSkies Geomatics does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. E-mail Communications

From time to time, ClearSkies Geomatics may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Site and related services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from ClearSkies Geomatics or click on a link therein.

As stated above, if you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from ClearSkies Geomatics, you may opt out of such communications by Customers may unsubscribe from emails by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link.

Additional Information For Individuals In The European Economic Area (“EEA”)

Requests for a copy of the information ClearSkies Geomatics has about your account—including EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) data subject access requests and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) consumer information requests, among others,—can be submitted following the process described here.

All other data subject and consumer requests under data protection laws should be sent via email to aerialsurvey@aerialsurvey.com from the email address that you have verified with your ClearSkies Geomatics account.

Before we process a request from you about your personal information, we need to verify the request via your access to your ClearSkies Geomatics account or to a verified email address associated with your ClearSkies Geomatics account. You may also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. ClearSkies Geomatics does not discriminate against users for exercising their rights under data protection laws to make requests regarding their personal information.
